Function Introduction

1. Hd touch screen
Real-time display of welding data, welding hole location. System parameter setting is simple and easy to learn. Support manual programming, CCD mapping, import solder joint path to achieve fast programming.

2. Safety grating protection
Security grating protection is installed on both sides to prevent injury to personnel when the equipment is running.  When the equipment is working, if there are items into the machine working area, the equipment will automatically stop.

3. Electric precision servo welding head
The welding joint can be rotated 135°. Suitable for all kinds of shaped nickel sheet, effectively prevent needle sticking and other bad welding phenomenon, welding head pressure can be adjusted.

4. Double station rotating platform
The fixture automatic rotating mechanism is adopted. After the welding of side A,  it automatically rotates to welding of side B without manual turnover. Provide productivity.
